SoundMorph have released Phuze, available at the intro price of $99.00, increasing to $149.00 after the promotion.
Phuze is a cinematic sound design instrument built for fast experimentation and sonic exploration. Generate layered impacts, movement, creatures, weapons, UI, and evolving textures in seconds using instant shuffle-based sound creation.
Phuze is a creative sound design machine built for fast experimentation, happy accidents, and
expressive sonic sculpting. At its core is a simple idea: load your own sounds, press Shuffle, and let Phuze generate combinations you would not have found by hand. Then take what it gives you and shape it into something uniquely yours.
Phuze splits sound across three frequency bands — Low, Mid, and High — with four sound emitters in each band, for a total of 12 sound sources working together at once. Each band can hold its own sample bank, and each emitter has dedicated controls for sample selection, reverse, volume, pan, hold, pitch, rate, start, end, attack, and release. The result is a layered engine designed for impacts, pass-bys, transitions, UI sounds, creature textures, trailer design, weapons, mecha, atmospheres, and highly detailed motion-driven effects.
Built around a controlled-chaos workflow, PHUZE encourages rapid experimentation while still giving you deep control over the final result. Every parameter can be randomized independently, locked from shuffle, or constrained with custom ranges, allowing you to discover completely unexpected sounds while maintaining creative direction.
Features include:
- Controlled-chaos sound design workflow centered around instant shuffle-based generation.
- 3-band engine with Low, Mid, and High split processing.
- 12 sound emitters total, with 4 sound emitters per band.
