ZAK Sound have updated Raizes Player, available as a FREE download.
What’s new in version 1.4.0:
- AAX support: Raizes Player is now available for Pro Tools, alongside VST3, Audio Unit, and standalone formats.
- New interface: the player has been refreshed with a cleaner, darker, more focused design.
- Improved FX workflow: the FX tab has been redesigned to make effect slots, controls, and output feedback easier to understand.
- Simpler login: signing in is now easier, using your browser to securely connect your ZAK Sound account with Raizes Player.
- Smoother updates: instrument updates are clearer and easier to manage from inside the player.
- Enhanced playback: improved sample and wavetable handling, including better project recall and a smoother experience across DAWs.
- RaizesVerb improvements: the convolution reverb has been refined for a fuller, more atmospheric response.
- New settings: including global tuning options for users who prefer alternate tunings such as 432 Hz.
Raizes Player is a free, professional sound design platform available for Windows, macOS, and Linux, offering advanced features for modern music creation.
The platform boasts a powerful 6-layer audio engine, a comprehensive modulation system, and 36 FX slots per layer, allowing for deep sound sculpting and customization.
It includes a built-in library with 58 factory presets, encompassing diverse categories like Drones, Evolving Textures, MPE Dimensions, Narratives, and Tension Layers.
