Neo Guzheng is an expressive virtual Chinese zither, also known as the guzheng, powered by the Qin Hybrid Modeling Engine, which combines physical modeling and detailed sampling for realistic sound and responsive performance.
The Qin engine offers up to 65,536 velocity layers and extensive round-robin variations, allowing users to shape the tonal character through adjustable physical parameters for unprecedented realism and control.
Despite its compact 450MB size, Neo Guzheng provides expressive depth comparable to a large sample library and features the Virtual MDIR Stage for spatial audio placement and the Magic Hub for MIDI 2.0 and MPE device integration.
The Magic Hub also enables upsampling of older MIDI 1.0 signals to the high-resolution MIDI 2.0 format, enhancing compatibility with modern and legacy equipment.
