Auddict have released Eminence Double Bass, available at the intro price of $79.00, increasing to $200.00 after the promotion.
Eminence Double Bass is a solo double bass virtual instrument for Kontakt, designed for film, TV, and game scoring, offering a realistic solo performance rather than a section reduction.
The library features AI-P processed legato, which Auddict’s AI-powered engine uses to eliminate audible seams between notes by rebuilding transitions at the waveform level, resulting in a cleaner, more natural sound.
Performed by acclaimed double bass soloist Nina Bernat, the instrument captures a single player’s nuances, including bow weight, vibrato, and phrasing, across 13 articulations and 4 dynamic layers on legato.
It includes 20,000 samples, three mixable microphone positions (Close, Room, Hall), and various articulations such as sustained notes with vibrato/non-vibrato, tremolo, harmonics, trills, staccato, staccatissimo, pizzicato, and col legno.
Eminence Double Bass offers composers exposed solo lines that hold up under close listening without needing extensive reverb.

Eminence Double Bass requires a full version of Kontakt 5 or later.
