BOOM Library have released Transforce, available at the intro price of $11.20 + Tax, increasing to $139.00 + Tax after the promotion.
Transforce is a specialized transient shaper plugin developed by BOOM Library, designed for both sound designers and music producers, offering independent control over the attack and sustain portions of audio signals.
It features independent parametric EQ and saturation for each band within the attack and sustain modules, allowing for precise tonal shaping without compromising the overall sound.
A unique Spectral Slider enables the separation and independent processing of tonal resonances from noise content across both attack and sustain, providing advanced control for complex sound manipulation.
The plugin includes additional modules such as Stylize, Clipper, and Limiter, along with a look-ahead transient detection feature and up to 4x oversampling for high-quality processing.
Transforce is built with sound design workflows in mind, making it ideal for applications in film, TV, and game audio, as well as for processing drums and individual instruments in music production.
Features include:
- Each side gets its own EQ and saturation, with three-band control and drive per band. Saturate a frequency on the attack and leave the sustain alone.
- Add weight to the low end of a sustain while the attack stays clean.
- The spectral slider isolates tonal resonance from the broadband signal and lets you shape it across attack and sustain independently, so you can pull the harshness out of a metal impact while the ring stays where it belongs.
- A transient section you can monitor and trigger externally.
- Stylize, clipper and limiter to finish. Automatable, up to four times oversampling, and look-ahead detection for fast transients.
