Diego Capoccitti has updated SwarmaDie 2, available for $4.99. The update is FREE to existing users.
What’s new in version 2.1:
- While turning a knob, a label now appears above it showing the control’s name and current value (e.g. “VOLUME -6.0 dB”)
- A new info bar at the bottom of the screen displays the name, value, and a short description of the parameter you’re adjusting.
- Tapping any button (oscillators, switches, A/B, Interrupt) briefly shows its name, state and what it does
- When adjusting two controls at once, the bottom bar follows the most recently touched one.
- All values now display with at most twc decimal places.
SwarmaDie 2 is a polyphonic synthesizer inspired by the legendary analog
Dewanatron Swarmatron, originally designed by Brian and Leon Dewan in 2011.

plugin (AUv3) in compatible DAWs.
Features include:
- 8 Oscillators with Pitch Floor, Range, and Swarm Control
- Swarm Filter with dynamic tracking
- Two Multitouch Ribbons (Pitch + Swarm) playable simultaneously
- Preset Bar (Factory + User)
- AU Plugin (AUv3) + Standalone
- Touch-friendly interface inspired by the original hardware panel
