Parish Audio have released E42 Equalizer, available at the intro price of $34.97, increasing to $69.85 after the promotion.
The E42 Equalizer is a high performance dynamic and static EQ built for detailed tone shaping, corrective work, and frequency control that responds as the signal changes. Each band can operate as a traditional static EQ or switch into Dynamic mode, making it easy to shape the overall balance while controlling resonances, harshness, low-end buildup, and other problems that only appear at certain moments.
Up to ten bands can be placed wherever they are needed across the frequency range. Bell, low-shelf, high-shelf, high-pass, low-pass, and notch filters give you the tools to handle broad tonal adjustments, narrow corrections, and cleanup work within the same plugin. Bands can be moved directly on the graph for quick changes or adjusted more precisely with dedicated Frequency, Gain, and Q controls.
Dynamic bands add Threshold, Range, Attack, and Release controls, allowing the EQ to react to the amount of energy around the selected frequency. This lets you reduce a harsh area only when it becomes too strong, tighten low frequencies when they begin to build up, or bring out presence and detail without applying the same boost throughout the entire performance. The response can be shaped to react quickly to short peaks or move more gradually for smoother, less noticeable control.
A real-time spectrum display helps you see where energy is concentrated, while the response curves show both the underlying EQ shape and the movement created by dynamic processing. The result is an equalizer that can handle everyday tonal balance, precise corrective work, and responsive frequency control without adding unnecessary complexity to the session.
