FedDSP have released Clipperito, available at the intro price of £15.00, increasong to £30.00 after the promotion. The offer ends July 30th.
From mastering grade peak control to full-on destruction, Clipperito gives you loudness, density, colour, M/S handling and ten clipping styles in one powerful tool.
Clipperito gives you 10 clipping flavours, pre or post-clipping MID/SIDE level control, output filtering, and up to 16x oversampling, so you can shape peak control around the song instead of forcing one clipping sound onto everything.
Put Clipperito on kick, snare, rooms, drum bus, or parallel chains and use the ceiling to control peaks while DRIVE adds size, density, and aggression.
No one ever liked a snare that feels like a blip in your mix, Clipperito helps you defeat that exact behaviour by fattening your snare’s transients so it can sit in the mix, instead of drowning in it.
Use TUBE, TAPE, or IRON modes to add harmonic weight and help bass stand out in the mix without relying only on tons of EQ or compression.
Clipperito can bring a vocal forward by shaving peaks, adding saturation, and giving the midrange-to-top end more attitude using FET, IRON or EXCITER modes.
HARD, DIODE, FET, EXCITER, and CRUSH can turn polite sounds into aggressive, finished, mix-forward tones. Clipperito can be clean, but it performs exceptionally well when you push it.
Clipping should do way more than make things louder. It should control peaks, inflate the tone by adding density, and bring sounds forward, allowing you to be as moderate or as reckless as you want to.
Clipping was built around that idea: a simple but powerful layout that lets you do all of the above with a minimal set of controls. No reason to overcomplicate things.
Clipping is available to PC and Mac users (VST3, AU and AAX).
