Blind Audio Presents Backroom Drums. A collection of raw, character-rich acoustic drum samples born in a vibe-heavy DIY home drum room and reshaped through legendary vintage samplers. To capture that definitive golden-era hip-hop texture, we didn’t just stop at a clean recording, we ran every single one-shot through classic 12-bit samplers to inject that iconic crunch, jitter, and low-end warmth. Finally, the samples were pushed through a premium analog outboard chain to glue the transients and add an unmistakable analog weight.
At the heart of Backroom Drums you’ll find a selection of oneshot samples including; Kicks, Snares, Hi Hats, Shakers, Toms, Cowbells, Rimshots, Crash, Ride, Splash and China Cymbals. The oneshots were then used to build a selection of drum loops ready to be dropped right into your latest productions. We’ve also included a few melodic loops and effects from the demo as well as MIDI loops to get you rolling right away.
