Kompose Audio offers high-quality ambient soundscape instruments, including the new James Powley Dark Matter, available as a Sound Designers Collective Edition.
James Powley’s Dark Matter is an exploration of the unknown, inspired by deep space, designed to evoke curiosity through atmospheric textures, haunting pads, and otherworldly soundscapes.
Each preset in Dark Matter was meticulously crafted using the PWM Mantis hybrid-analogue synthesizer, a final design by Chris Huggett, known for its classic analogue character and modern design.
The Soundbox interface allows for extensive sound shaping with adjustable ADSR, effects, modulation, arpeggiator, and a vector pad, with the ability to save unique presets and easily import new packs.
