Diamond Color EQ 4 is a signature equalizer developed by Acustica Audio in collaboration with Luca Pretolesi and Studio DMI, designed for professional recording, mixing, and mastering.
This EQ features four carefully selected musical bands with overlapping curves, precision cut filters, and a sampled analog PRE stage powered by Acustica Audio’s NOVA Hybrid Technology, aiming to fill the gaps between frequencies for a balanced sound.
Luca Pretolesi, known for his work with artists like Diplo and Major Lazer, developed this tool to translate his instinct for finding the final balance and preserving artist intention into a repeatable workflow, focusing on adding weight, clarity, and impact.
The plugin offers dual views (Standard and Extended with spectrum feedback), stereo control options, and a FOCUS X2 function for detailed mastering.
