BLEASS Samplewizz 2
Sample-and-synthesis instrument with a granular engine envisioned by genius Keyboardist Jordan Rudess and engineered by BLEASS.
Born of the imagination of legendary keyboardist Jordan Rudess and the software engineering excellence of French audio developer BLEASS, SampleWiz 2 is a unique and powerful S&S (sample & synthesis) instrument. BLEASS SampleWiz 2 combines modern features such as granular and cloud sample engines, MPE, with the satisfying, rapid workflow of classic hardware samplers.
With SampleWiz 2, BLEASS has distilled the phenomenal breadth and depth of Jordan’s expertise and experience into an intuitive synthesizer that will unleash your sonic imagination, inspiring both your musical and sound design creativity.
With just a few swipes of your finger, or a couple of clicks of your mouse, you can easily capture any sound or import any sample – a few more swipes/clicks will transform your sound into a playable, characterful synth voice. And with full support for MPE Slide and Pressure, SampleWiz 2 allows you to create nuanced and deeply expressive performances.
Creating original sounds with BLEASS SampleWiz 2 is as easy and fun as it is to load and play presets. The UI has been carefully designed to give a natural, intuitive workflow, with delightfully simple import of sounds, and a comprehensive suite of tools for chopping, granularizing, modulating, and adding effects to your sound designs.
BLEASS Slow Machine
Slow Machine mutates any beat or melody from predictable to innovative. Revamp leads into deep basses, thicken percussion, and add live & sequenced tape stop effects!
Thanks to 3 different yet complementary ways of manipulating time with creativity, BLEASS Slow Machine can deepen any beat by completely or partially slowing down the audio signal, transform epic leads into heavy basses, and add some “tape stop” effect with precision either by touching the X/Y Stop trigger or by dialling in precise sequence automation.
A creative and straightforward slowdown effect that modulates both rhythm and pitch.
You can modulate:
- Loop Size
- Play Speed
- Quantization
- Filter (frequency band)
- Crossfade between Loops
Time StopStage
Specially made for performance, TIME STOP gives an intuitive and visual way to instantly create a classic tape stop effect.
- Trigger – The “Stop” button triggers the time stop effect within a given duration.
- Mode – Choose between 4 modes: ‘Step’, ‘Ramp Up & Down, ‘Ramp Down’ and ‘Ramp Up’.
- Hold – When Hold is ON, the trigger is not released until Hold is turned OFF.
- Speed – Control precisely the play speed.
Sequencer Stage:
The speed sequencer stage offers a unique way to program speed variations in your music.
- Length – Sets the number of steps.
- Resolution – Sets the duration of a step.
- Grid Snap – When ON, steps snap to the grid.
- Sequencer – Sets a playing speed per step. Each step has 4 different curve modes.
- Amount – Controls the amount of sequencer speed modulation.
- Randomness – Sets the amount of randomness of the sequencer.
- Fade – Controls the crossfade duration between each step.
BLEASS Sidekick
BLEASS Sidekick is a combination of a kick drum synth, a step sequencer, and a ducker (aka a side-chain compressor). The result is a plugin that provides a unique way to create exciting rhythmic dynamics within your music.
The kick drum synth uses an analogue-style engine inspired by vintage beatboxes, which allows it to create a wide range of classic analogue kick drum tones with ease. This synth can be triggered by the built-in 16-step sequencer or by an external MIDI input; its sound can be mixed with the audio passing through the plugin, be used to trigger the plugin’s ducker stage, or both.
Used without the ducker, BLEASS Sidechain makes it easy to add your own kick parts to loops and other percussive parts.
Bringing in the ducker causes the input signal to reduce in volume whenever the kick synth is triggered. When used on a drum loop this lets you impose your own creativity on the underlying feel and beat of the loop, ducking-out the loop’s kick sound and pattern so that you can replace them with a sound and pattern that you have crafted.
Perhaps BLEASS Sidekick’s best trick, though, is to use the kick synth and sequencer purely as a trigger for the ducker. This lets you create fascinating and detailed dynamic rhythms within any part or track, whether individual instrument or an entire mix.
BLEASS MotionFX
BLEASS Motion FX bridges the gap between classic processing and active modulation. Instead of relying on static settings or endless manual automation lanes, the plugin packs 11 distinct effects engine modules and pairs them with a flexible step sequencer.
Key Features:
- 11 Onboard FX Modules: Choose from Low Pass, High Pass, and Band Pass filters, Volume, Pan, Pitch Shifter, Frequency Shifter, Ring Modulator, Warmth, Bit Crusher, and Delay.
- 4 to 16 Step Motion Sequencer: Modulate primary and secondary parameters per effect with precision using 5 distinct step curves (Step, Ramp Up, Ramp Down, Ramp, and Smooth Ramp).
- Flexible Sync & Grid Snapping: Dial in sequence speed anywhere from 1/32 bars up to 4 bars, complete with Grid Snap and Randomness controls to dial in unpredictable micro-rhythms.
- Ultra-Low CPU Usage: Its lightweight architecture lets you stack multiple instances across various tracks or buses without overloading your project session.
