Feuer sets fire to drums, percussion and grooves, band by band. Some of it comes back as light reverb, some as distortion, some as frequencies that were buried in the sample. Burn it hard enough and it stops being a drum loop.
Feuer splits your drums into frequency bands and finds the attack and decay in each one. Wherever there is a hit, it holds the decay open instead of letting it die.
You draw the spectrum, so you choose what rings. Kick short, hats ringing. Or the other way round. Two spectra, A and B, and the XY pad morphs between them while the vertical axis sets how far the whole thing goes.
Low settings thicken a loop and give it weight and space. High settings turn a break into something with no obvious source.
