Seaquake is a specialized effect designed to turn any dry kick drum into a deep, atmospheric, and punchy low-end tail. Instead of building complex multi-effect routing, Seaquake condenses the entire rumble-creation workflow into five straightforward controls:
- Length: Adjusts the tail of the rumble, taking you from short, tight, percussive sub-stabs to long, sweeping warehouse decays.
- Delay: Locks the rumble’s timing directly to your track’s tempo, ensuring the low-end groove pumps seamlessly in time with the kick.
- Dynamics: Sets the weight and pump of the sub-bass so it doesn’t overpower the rest of your mix.
- Distortion: Introduces harmonic saturation, adding grit and texture for more aggressive genres like hard techno or industrial.
- Colour: A tilt-style tonal control that shifts the rumble between dark, moody atmospheric subs and brighter, mid-focused textures.
It also features dedicated Dry and Wet controls, allowing you to blend the generated rumble underneath your pristine kick transient without masking the punch.
