Pulse is a movement plugin that offers side-chain pumping, rhythmic gating, and LFO volume shaping within a single interface, allowing users to draw and manipulate volume curves to achieve desired audio effects without complex routing.
The plugin provides five distinct shapes (Pump, Soft, Tri, Saw, Gate) that can be flipped and customized by dragging nodes, with options to sync to the host tempo or trigger shapes based on the track’s transients, offering flexibility in rhythmic control.
Pulse is distributed through RIPPLES Tap, a free desktop application, and comes with sixteen presets, including ‘Classic Pump’ and ‘Trance Gate’, with the ability to blend effects and save custom presets.
