Newbies Pine DSP have released Blox Exciter, available at the intro price of $3.00, increasing to $19.00 after the promotion. The offer ends October 3rd.
Saturate mix channels to bring out the best in them, with three modes and control over the frequency balance.
Blox Exciter is a saturation and harmonic enhancement plugin developed by Pine DSP that offers three distinct character modes controlled by a single drive knob to provide varying levels of warmth, weight, and edge.
Ember provides a warm overdrive; Reel introduces a nostalgic, magnetic tape distortion; Glass gives a sharp, edgy tone.
Air adds high energy that’s still related to the input signal through odd harmonics. Drive pushes the signal into the saturation stage. Tilt changes the balance pre-distortion between low and high frequencies.
In Reel mode, two more controls are available: Hysteresis affects softness and the amount of transient blur; and Bias adjusts asymmetry in the simulated reel.

Blox Exciter is available to PC and Mac users (VST3, AU and AAX).
