BLEASS Spectral Reverb is an innovative plugin offering advanced reverberation and ambient effects for both desktop and iOS platforms.
The core functionality relies on Spectral Maps, which allow users to precisely shape the frequency response of parameters such as Attack, Decay, and stereo width using intuitive mouse or finger gestures.
The plugin features four processing slots capable of hosting six unique spectral processors, enabling users to create complex and vibrant sonic palettes.
Technically, the engine uses Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis, providing users with controls over Block Size, Hop Factor, and Smooth Size to balance spectral resolution, processing efficiency, and audio smoothness.
Primary reverb controls include essential tools like Decay, Attack, Width, and utility functions such as Freeze and Kill, all integrated with the flexible Spectral Map system for frequency-based modulation.
Integrated processors include a Spectral Gate, Harmony Follow for pitch-focused tails, and a Spectral Ducker that utilizes sidechain inputs to prevent the reverb from overwhelming the dry signal.
Additional creative modules such as the Spectral Enhancer, Pitch Shifter, and Frequency Shifter operate in the spectral domain to provide precise sound modification without common phase-shifting artifacts.
