Built for landscape iPad use, Stellarizer brings its glowing pattern views and source-to-variation workflow to a touch interface. Play the on-screen keyboard, edit notes directly, and keep your original idea while discovering what it can become.
Record MIDI from the on-screen keyboard or a connected MIDI source. Create and edit your owr phrases, import MIDI, and work with monophonic lines or polyphonic material. Set capture length sequence length, and quantization for your workflow.
Explore pitch, rhythm, density, velocity, and duration. Use musical limits and locked notes to guide the result, then keep the variations you love.
Generate eight related patterns from one source Audition discoveries, pin favorites, reroll individual patterns, and send a result back to Shape for further exploration.
Browse factory presets, save your own, revisit recordings, and export MIDI through the iPad file workflow. A guided walkthrough introduces the controls directly inside the interface and can be repeated from Settings.
Use standalone MIDI routing or load Stellarizer as ar AUv3 MIDI processor in a compatible host. In AUv3 the host controls transport and tempo.
Stellarizer generates MIDI, not audio. To hear its output, connect it to a software or hardware nstrument. AUv3 use requires a host that supports MIDI-processor extensions and MIDI routing. An external MIDI keyboard is optional.
