23audio have released V-23 Voice Processor, available at the intro price of £49.99, increasing to £69.99 after the promotion.
A classic analog-style channel strip for the spoken voice.
V-23 puts the whole chain a spoken voice goes through in one window: input colour, de-esser, expander, compressor, EQ, limiter and loudness. It’s modelled on the broadcast strips in voiceover booths and radio studios.
Record through it as you speak, or finish takes afterwards. Start from a preset for the job, drag the middle five stages into the order you want, and adjust by ear.
V-23 is available to PC and Mac users (VST3, AU and AAX).
