Loopmasters have released Loopcloud 8, with subscriptions starting from $10.95.
You know Loopmasters for the sounds Loopcloud puts them alongside millions of others, right inside your DAW, with tools that help you find the right one and build ideas around it. Loopcloud 8 is the biggest update yet.

- Advanced Search – Search in your own words.
- Type what you’re hearing in your head, like “warm analog bassline”, and search by instrument, genre, mood or artist reference.
- Listen – The missing piece, found,
- Play Listen a melody or chord progression from your track and it delivers sounds that fit harmonically. Narrow them down by genre or instrument.
- Harmonic Matching – Any sound, matched.
- Loopcloud reads the chords in a sample and finds harmonic and melodic matches, including sounds from your own collection.
- Plus five new effects, 2,000 Flip presets, 125,000 MIDI files, upgrades to DRUM and PLAY, and the Loopcloud iOS app.
