- Improved: Each Advanced Shaping setting now has a short line saying what it does, and Four-Part’s Role Detection is now called Melody’s Part
- Fixed: The sheet music view shows dotted notes, accidentals and flat keys correctly, and Cut works there
- Fixed: Scale Lock now works with every scale, not only major and minor
- Fixed: Sheet music looks cleaner, in the app and in exported PDFs
- Fixed: Thirds and Sixths harmonies now keep their interval all the way to the last note
- Fixed: Various fixes and improvements
Create the right harmony for every part you write. You write the tune. HarmonyKeen writes the parts around it using the voice-leading rules arrangers use. The musical decisions stay with you. When it sounds right, move the finished parts straight into your DAW.
HarmonyKeen writes harmony parts around a melody you give it as MIDI. It reads the whole melody first, finds the phrases and cadences, picks a chord sequence that fits, and writes the added voices by the rules of voice leading.
There’s no neural network in it, so the same melody with the same settings gives the same result every time. Every note it writes can be edited, each part drags into the DAW as its own track, and the whole arrangement exports as sheet music with PDF and MusicXML
HarmonyKeen is available to PC and Mac users (VST3, AU and standalone).
