Parish Audio have released Striker H2, available at the intro price of $14.97, increasing to $49.95 after the promotion. The offer ends November 18th.
Want your kick to hit harder, your snare to have more snap, or your drum loops to feel tighter and more energetic? Striker H2 gives you hands-on control over the attack and sustain of your sounds, making it easy to bring out more punch, definition, and character. Whether you’re making subtle adjustments or pushing for a more aggressive sound, Striker H2 helps you shape the dynamics and feel of your tracks with precision.
The Attack and Sustain controls are at the heart of Striker H2. Increase Attack to give drums more impact, bring out the crack of a snare, or emphasize the pick attack of a guitar. Adjust Sustain to add body and length, or reduce it for tighter, more controlled hits. The redesigned interface includes a visual transient-response display, making it easier to see how your adjustments shape the sound. It’s a straightforward way to make meaningful changes without the complexity of traditional compression.
Striker H2 also gives you additional tools to fine-tune your sound. The Punch control adds energy and density, while the built-in soft Clipper helps control peaks and push your sound harder. Choose between Tight, Punch, and Smooth processing modes to dial in the response that works best for your track. The Focus control lets you target low-frequency impact, high-frequency attack, or the full signal, giving you more control over how the plugin reacts to different sounds.
There’s plenty of flexibility in how you use it. Give a kick more weight and impact, make a snare cut through the mix, tighten up a drum loop, or add definition to bass and guitar tracks. The Mix control lets you blend the processed signal with the original, making it easy to add a touch of extra punch or push things further when the track calls for it. With dedicated Sensitivity and Output controls, you can fine-tune the response and keep your levels where you want them.
Whether you’re producing electronic music, mixing live drums, or looking to bring more energy and definition to individual tracks, Striker H2 offers a practical, intuitive approach to transient shaping.
Striker H2 is available to PX and Mac users (VST3 and AU).
