Vocal Smoother is built for vocals that feel sharp, edgy, or tiring—even when the performance itself is right. It detects and reduces three of the most common problems in a vocal recording: harsh upper mids, pronounced sibilance, and resonant buildup. Instead of chasing each phrase with automation or stacking several corrective processors, you can bring the vocal under control in one focused plugin.
As those problem areas appear, Vocal Smoother responds in real time and backs away when they do not. This helps soften the distracting edges without forcing a broad tonal cut across the entire track. Use the main Smooth control to set the overall intensity, then adjust Resonance, Harshness, and Sibilance independently to match what the recording actually needs.
Balanced, Bright, and Aggressive voicing options reshape the response for different vocal tones and delivery styles. Focus moves the processing toward lower or higher problem areas, while Preserve Air helps retain the openness and detail that can disappear with heavier corrective processing. A clear live display shows how much resonance, harshness, and sibilance is being reduced, making it easier to understand how the plugin is responding while you listen.
