Rockheyday have released Krum-B, available for £14.80.
Krum-B is a dual-band bass dynamics compressor designed to control low-end frequencies and enhance bass track punch by separating the sound into sub-bass and high-band character, ensuring the sub-bass remains tight while the high-end gains bite.
This compressor features an adjustable crossover (60-400 Hz), tube-style Grit saturation for the high-band, Anti-Thump protection for eliminating low-end pops, and a mix control for parallel processing, making it versatile for various bass sounds from boomy 808s to aggressive bass guitars.
The Krum-B boasts a fully coded DSP and GUI optimized for CPU efficiency, avoiding heavy images or skins, and offers features like adaptive FFT analysis, dual-layer peak metering, and native XML preset management, with a free demo version available that has a 20-minute session limit.
