KNOCK 2 by Knock Audio, created by producer DECAP, is a comprehensive drum processing plugin crafted to give drum tracks, loops, and 808s instant punch and clarity. It combines six key processing tools into a single workflow.
The processor features a multiband transient shaper called PUNCH to accentuate initial attacks, a customizable SATURATE module for adding harmonic warmth or grit, and a hardware-inspired COMP module for dynamic control. For low-end support, the SUB module detects kicks and generates a tuned sub-bass layer beneath them. Sound design is rounded out by the AIR module, which adds top-end sheen, and the CLIP module, which provides soft and hard clipping curves to boost loudness without unwanted digital harshness.
In this second edition, the plugin introduces modular signal processing, allowing you to freely reorder the effect modules in your chain. It also includes per-module mix and input controls, a MAGIC button that generates preset ideas instantly, and a Zero Latency mode suitable for live tracking.
