Izotope have released Photon, available at the intro price of £246.75, increasing to £329.00 after the promotion.
iZotope Photon is a standalone app and ARA plugin that splits mixes into stems and cleans noisy audio. Photon’s 12 custom-trained AI models all run locally on your GPU for lightning-fast results. Just drag, drop, dial, and deliver.
Unlike traditional cloud-based tools or heavily CPU-taxing utilities, Photon keeps everything local, private, and fiercely fast.
Turn any finished song, scene, or drum kit into editable elements for quick tweaks and rebalances. Split up to 6 voices into stems, plus isolate room tone & background noise for clear conversations.
Clear out echo, wind, traffic, and background noise with custom-trained models built to fix, fast. Bring distant, muffled speech forward, and balance levels so every word is heard loud and clear.
Photon’s machine learning models are custom-trained on our own real-world audio data. Each model is made for a specific job, from splitting a music mix to cleaning up a windy interview. They’re deep, powerful, and local – no cloud processing required.
Photon’s always improving. Get new models as they’re released in the Model Manager. No need to reinstall – download and try them right away on the project in front of you.
Photon’s full-scale models run locally on your GPU for serious speed and power. Click anywhere in the clip and hear results in seconds – no need for the whole file to process first. No cloud uploads, credits, or cutoffs interrupting your workflow. Get the sound you want, with the speed you need.
With everything processed on your machine, nothing touches the cloud – and nothing leaves your device.
Working under embargo? Or with material that’s simply not yours to share?
Photon keeps it private, from first drop to final export.
The ARA plugin brings Photon right inside your DAW. Instead of a real-time buffer, Photon works from the entire clip, so it gets the full context of the file. Run several models together, and the processed audio cache carries results across every instance of a clip – so you can switch and compare without waiting.
