Loopmasters and Loopcloud have announced the recent addition of Disco Madness 2 by UNDRGRND SOUNDS.
Boogie on down! Strap on your dancing shoes for a second serving of funky audio goodness. This time we’ve hired a strapping string section along with contemporary instrumentalists to recreate an early ’80s hybrid disco sound.
As always, no expense was spared in recreating this heavily sample-able genre with a full tape-tracked band to boot, focusing on rhythmic electric guitars, low-end bass riffs, uplifting strings, classic arrangements, and idiosyncratically musical keys that you know and love.
Drum Loops: Classic Linn-drum jams and sampled acoustic drums warmed up by a vintage desk and tape machine. Powerfully mixed and innately musical these loops are served with all constituent stems at 120 BPM.
Bass Loops: Relentlessly groovy & deliciously descending! A one-stop shop for classic disco basslines as played by a real-life session musician. Served with key & tempo labels at 120 BPM.
Keys Loops: Warm and rhythmically interesting poly-synths, Rhodes, and Wurlitzer from era-specific models. Non-quantised and musically unique audio loops that we’re recorded in an old-school fashion, served with MIDI where possible.
Synth Loops: Luscious licks and seductive sounds guaranteed to generate some dancefloor fever. Served at 120 BPM with MIDI where possible.
Violin Loops: Real-life disco strings! OG string arrangements, recorded in a classic studio with an array of vintage microphones. Use as leading melodies or organic textures to spice up boring house tracks!
Horn Loops: Stabby, staccato, and sensual brass-section audio goodies, arranged and recorded by only the most legit of old-school disco cats. Absolutely timeless stuff…
Guitar Loops: Rhythmic guitar to the rescue, chord sequences that just won’t quit. A treasure trove of processed and clean disco guitar loops at 120 BPM.
