Native Instruments have released Echo Versions, a Maschine expansion, available for £44.00.
Whether you’re tapping into tradition or blending between genres, Echo Versions packs a rhythmic tapestry of sounds spanning pure dub, the mellow tones of trip hop and house, and the pulsating rhythms of techno. Dip into punching drums, seismic subs, skanking guitars, and ethereal pads, each rippled with classic reverbs, vintage delays, and inventive processing.
Echo Versions was created in collaboration with multi-instrumentalist and sound engineer Alexkid and his team: Goldmoon, Joan Reggae Drummer, and Deadbeat. Sounds were recorded at Question De Son Studios in Paris and Estudis Ground in Girona, with additional content by Luna Ludmila, Goldmoon, NGHT DRPS, and Fletcher.
