Vicious Antelope have released Stuck, a bunch of presets for Serum, available as a FREE download.
Stuck soundbank contains 20 free Serum presets.
The main idea behind this pack is the creation of some effect-like sounds that loops over time like being stuck in one place.
The first LFO is the source of the pitch modulation that gives this feeling. You could change the speed of the loop by adjusting the rate knob of this LFO.
