An ice-cold tiki cocktail in hand, the calm sound of the waves and with Aloha Hawaii the perfect soundtrack. Relaxed drums, soft bass, typical ukulele chords and the distinctive sound of pedal and lap steel guitars. Aloha Hawaii is the musical embodiment of a tropical island paradise.
Aloha Hawaii consists of five authentic construction kits. A total of 2.8 GB samples are available. Each kit contains 3 or 4 parts as well as intro and outro. The recording tempi are between 70 and 110 BPM. Both 4/4 and 6/8 clocks are available. With over 600 loops of up to 42 seconds in length, extensive arrangements in song length are no problem.
A loosely played drums with lots of brooms and few cymbals, along with a warm electric bass, forms the foundation. Two ukuleles provide magical hula rhythms in each part that make the hips circle. Additional harmonies and the distinctive, sunny melodies and slides contribute lap and pedal steel guitars. Subtle glockenspiel sets atmospheric accents.
In addition to a pre-mixed stereo loop, the drums have individual tracks for kick (inside and outside), snare (top, bottom and trigger), hihat, cymbals, overheads and room mics. This gives you full control over your individual mix. The electric bass is included as both DI and Mic recording as well as a mixed version for immediate use. The two ukuleles are dry, without effects, as well as with processing (EQ, compressor and reverb). The various pedal and lap steel guitars are also available in two versions, with and without effects.
If you are looking for authentic Hawaiian pop of the 60s, Aloha Hawaii sends you on a musical dream trip. Loops from our Pedal Steel, Ukulele or Steel Pan Libraries are the ideal addition. Take your listeners to a paradise South Sea island with tropical melodies. Or combine the sounds with a genre of your choice and let the sun shine.
