Sounds of Mars 2 builds on the foundation of the original, delivering a deeply expressive collection of solo instruments, atmospheric ambiences, and rhythmic patterns, designed by a team of 20+ sound designers. Each sound is crafted to capture the textures, depth, and evolving motion of cinematic and experimental scoring.
Powered by an intuitive engine, Sounds of Mars 2 offers seamless layering of ambiences and solo instruments, along with built-in modulation, sample start randomization, and real-time effects for further sound shaping. The result is a versatile, performance-ready instrument that adapts to both score-driven compositions and contemporary music production.
The Kontakt engine features Auto Play for instant previews, separate menus for solo instruments, ambiences, and patterns, and sample start randomization for realism. Each preset change updates the background, while Cycle Rate, Cycle Amount, and Modulate shape movement.
