Iron Deck is a dual-channel tape machine strip with independent controls per channel.
REC drives the nonlinear saturation and natural RMS compression. REP brings it out the other side. Three signal path modes, IEC or NAB playback EQ, bias trim, tape speed shelving, HF rolloff, and calibrated VU meters. The glue tracks get from real iron – free.
- REC + REP – Input drive into tape saturation and RMS compression; output level post all processing
- REPRO / INPUT / SYNC – Full tape reproduce path, clean record amp path, or sync head character
- IEC / NAB – European or American playback EQ curve, active in all three modes
- Tape Speed – 7.5, 15, or 30 IPS with matched LF/HF shelving per speed
Iron Deck is available to PC, Mac and Linux users (VST3 and AU).
