Warm Repeats is a multi-head tape echo that features three selectable tape heads, seven head patterns, and an integrated spring reverb.
The plugin offers users the ability to choose between Fresh or Worn tape characters, while providing Bass and Treble controls directly within the feedback path to shape the sound of each repeat.
With a Repeat Rate ranging from 40ms to 900ms and Intensity settings that allow for self-oscillation beyond 100%, the software simulates the behavior of vintage tape echo hardware.
A dedicated spring reverb runs in parallel with the tape echo, allowing users to independently balance Echo Level and Reverb Level to achieve various effects from slapback to long dub-style feedback.
The software includes twenty-two factory presets designed for diverse applications, ranging from rhythmic echoes and doubling to complex self-oscillating soundscapes.
Warm Repeats is available to PC, Mac and Linux users (VST3 and AU).
