Atk Audio have released atkSpeechLimiter, available as a FREE download.
atkSpeechLimiter is a free speech limiter audio plugin.
It helps maintaining consistent audio peak levels or can optionally function as a de-esser. Although atkSpeechLimiter can work on different kinds of materials, it’s been designed for human voice.
A good usage example would be to chain two atkSpeechLimiters, and put the second into De-esser mode to control sibilance after limiting.
